I’m Aravind.
Most of my work today lives in UI/UX, leading large digital products and teams. But my approach has always been broader: understanding people, shaping systems, and designing experiences that feel intentional.

How I lead and what I stand for
From individual contributor to design leader
What started as individual contribution has gradually grown into leading products and teams. Today, I help shape direction, bring clarity to complex ideas, and support people across disciplines in doing meaningful work together.
How I show up every day
I like staying close to the work, while also stepping back to think at a systems level. Some days that means strategy, other days it’s execution. What matters to me is creating clarity with empathy, and building trust so teams feel real ownership over what they’re making.
Where this began
Long before design, I found myself leading teams, choreographing dance groups and coaching a school basketball team. The lessons from those experiences still influence how I lead today.
